FELTS AND MATS FOR SUBLIMATION
We offer sublimation felts made of Aramid fiber based on Kevlar® yarn, designed to withstand temperatures up to 350 °C. They are used as a thermal base in calendering equipment and thermal plates during the textile transfer process.
Endless belts for calenders
Continuous mats that ensure uniform and stable pressure during the passage of paper and fabric in sublimation calenders. Tailor-made according to the equipment.
Mats for sublimation plates
Thermal mats that are placed on the base or on the textile to distribute the heat and protect the fabrics during iron-on sublimation.

Grammage x m² : from 2,500 to 5,000 grms.
Thickness: from 6 to 10 mm
To facilitate the quotation, the following information is required:
1.- Measurements of the internal circumference of the belt (explanatory video below).
2.- Useful working width of the machine.
3.- Thickness of the belt (the standard we manufacture is 8mm thick).
